I’ve walked by Franco Masoma Bespoke in Los Gatos many times and always noticed the beautiful clothing in the window. I really loved the style, so one day I decided to walk in and see what they had to offer. I met Franco, a very fine gentleman who was impeccably dressed, soft-spoken, friendly, and welcoming. He asked how he could help me and what I was looking for. Honestly, I really didn’t know what I was looking for! Franco took one look at me, sized me up, and suggested that I try on a pair of what he called “airport pants.” I had never heard of them, but I trusted his recommendation. I couldn’t believe how comfortable they were. They’re incredibly versatile—I can wear them with a T-shirt or a dress shirt, and they work just as well with tennis shoes as they do with dress shoes. I ended up trying on some shirts as well, and I was really impressed with how good everything looked. What I appreciate most about Franco is his genuine, kind service. He even reminded me that just because I walked into his store didn’t mean I had to purchase anything. That really made me feel comfortable and appreciated rather than pressured. I’m always happy to support local businesses when I can, and Franco Masoma Bespoke is exactly the kind of local business I’m happy to support. Thank you, Franco, for helping me look and feel my best and for providing such a wonderful experience.
